This full-time position at the Chair of Medical Chemistry involves the recombinant expression and purification of proteins, primarily using E. coli systems. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will handle the cultivation of microorganisms, plan and prepare buffers and media, and perform rigorous quality control checks for protein purity, concentration, and stability. The role also includes conducting in-vitro assays to study protein interactions and assisting with biophysical analyses such as NMR and ITC.
