This role involves the comprehensive management of civil engineering projects, focusing on road construction, pipeline installation, and structural engineering. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for tendering, site supervision, and billing for various construction measures, specifically supporting HOAI service phases 6-9. You will create cost calculations and provide professional consultation to clients. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) focusing on Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or Urban Water Management; OR State-certified Construction Technician (Tiefbau); OR Master Road Builder (Straßenbauermeister) with supervision experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in tendering, construction supervision, and billing of civil engineering projects is preferred.
- Experience in sewer construction, road construction, utility lines, or structural engineering is an advantage.
- Experience with AVA software (Tendering, Awarding, and Accounting) is preferred.
