Job Summary

This role offers an exciting and diverse range of responsibilities focused on wiring harnesses, E/E systems, and radio equipment within a small, family-oriented team. You will be responsible for developing pragmatic, hands-on solutions for technical challenges that go beyond standard mass production, often working on specialized vehicle retrofitting or conversions. Day-to-day activities involve close collaboration with development partners, project management, and sales to ensure project success. The position is particularly unique due to its focus on the 'blue light' sector (emergency services), requiring a deep understanding of vehicle-level integration and communication technology. You will act as a key interface between various departments, managing external partners and leading technical teams to deliver high-quality electrical architectures. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience working with E/E architectures, wiring harnesses, and circuit diagrams
  • Experience in leading technical teams and managing external development partners
  • Practical experience in the development of electrical systems, on-board networks, or communication/radio technology
  • Demonstrated experience with vehicle-level integration and vehicle conversions/retrofitting
  • Familiarity with standard BMW development tools and systems
