As a Service and Support Technician based in Eiterfeld, you will play a vital role in the medical technology sector by ensuring the functionality of dental CAD/CAM systems used in dental prosthesis production. Your daily responsibilities will involve the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of complex machinery, alongside providing high-quality technical support to prestigious laboratories and dentists. This role offers a dynamic mix of remote support via telephone and email, and on-site service assignments both domestically and internationally. You will act as a key problem-solver, managing service cases through a ticket system and conducting training sessions for users. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical degree.
Experience

- Professional experience in the commissioning and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience in customer-oriented communication and technical consulting
- Experience working with structured, solution-oriented workflows in a team environment
