Job Summary
This role involves developing mechatronic embedded systems, specifically for driver assistance and passive safety in the automotive industry. The System Engineer will collaborate closely with hardware, software, mechanics, test, and validation teams, playing a key role in shaping development processes and methods, with a strong focus on functional safety and cybersecurity. Responsibilities include system design and architecture according to process standards like A-SPICE, analyzing customer requirements, deriving system requirements, and performing defect analysis. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Technical Computer Science, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in developing mechatronic or embedded systems
- Experience in the development and testing of mechatronic systems, ideally in the automotive sector
- Experience in System Engineering, model-based development, and process-driven development
- Experience collaborating in international teams
