Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role involves working for a globally leading manufacturer of rail vehicles with an 80-year history. Based in Braunschweig, you will be responsible for the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electronic assemblies and devices. Your daily routine will include commissioning systems, developing testing methods, and creating detailed technical documentation for product-specific results. You will also handle customer repairs and support both internal and external audits. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, Radio Technology, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a degree as a State-Certified Technician specializing in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic assemblies
  • Experience in commissioning electronic systems and components
  • Proven experience in using standard measurement and testing equipment
  • Experience in creating product-specific test documents and documentation
  • Background in developing testing tools and methods is preferred
