Job Summary
As a Test Field Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of technical products and systems. Your daily responsibilities include conducting rigorous testing, performing detailed error analysis, and troubleshooting technical defects. You will be responsible for documenting all test results in formal protocols and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical background who enjoy hands-on problem-solving and systematic quality assurance. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or a similar qualification).
Experience
- Professional experience in testing and inspection fields or a strong ability to learn technical testing procedures
- Practical experience in a technical field (career changers with relevant hands-on experience are welcome)
- Experience in creating test protocols and documentation
- Experience working within a shift-based production environment
