Job Summary

This role is for a Laboratory Technician specializing in refinery analytics, focusing on both classical physical and instrumental analysis of refinery samples like diesel, heating oil, naphtha, and kerosene. The successful candidate will perform various tests including density, flash point, freezing point, cloud point, conductivity, and distillation analyses. Key responsibilities also involve advanced instrumental analysis such as C14 analysis for biogenic carbon content, gas chromatography, sulfur determination, and X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF). The position requires processing special samples, collaborating with clients on specific analytical needs, meticulously documenting results, and ensuring laboratory equipment functionality through minor maintenance.
