Job Summary
As an IT Support Technician specializing in PC repair, you will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance and restoration of computer hardware. Your daily routine involves testing, repairing, and refurbishing PCs, alongside the installation and configuration of hardware components. You will utilize professional diagnostic software to perform test runs and ensure system stability. A key part of the role includes documenting all technical steps and results, as well as administering the 'd3' document management system. This position is ideal for hands-on professionals who enjoy troubleshooting and hardware assembly. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in PC repair or extensive hardware knowledge from private/hobbyist projects
- Experience in using diagnostic and testing programs
- Practical experience in a structured and independent working environment
- Experience in soldering is desirable but not mandatory
