Job Summary

This role sits within the Cloud Governance & AWS and GCP Engineering group at Generali Operations Service Platform. As a FinOps Engineer, you will be responsible for extracting and processing configuration and consumption data from major cloud providers including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will leverage AWS Analytics services to maintain and evolve data streams and dashboards focused on cloud cost analysis, cost allocation, and CO2 emission reporting. Beyond technical data management, you will actively support cost-reduction initiatives across the cloud landscape. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-scale international joint venture between Generali and Accenture, focusing on cloud-centric transformation. The role is offered on a temporary basis for a maximum of 18 months and allows for remote work or a base in Aachen.
