Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager and Cost Estimator, you will lead projects from initial customer consultation through to final handover in Rostock. Your daily responsibilities include conducting technical and economic planning, preparing detailed quotes, and performing material calculations for electrical systems and climate control. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, manage subcontractors and temporary staff, and oversee the implementation of circuit diagrams and functional descriptions. The role requires a hands-on approach to commissioning and documentation while ensuring all solutions are innovative and cost-effective. This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, attractive shift and holiday bonuses, and a clear path toward permanent takeover by the client. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Master Electrician, State-Certified Technician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Installer, Industrial Electrician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

Professional experience in electrical engineering and building automation
Experience in personnel leadership and employee motivation
Professional experience in technical planning and cost estimation for customer orders
Experience in managing subcontractors and temporary labor
Experience in technical documentation and project handover processes

Languages

German (Fluent)

Work location is Rostock, Germany. Mandatory German language skills at B2 level or higher. Position involves full-time hours with potential for permanent takeover by the client.
