Job Summary
This role involves building and leading a high-performance software development team within a matrix organization for the German Federal Pension Insurance (DRV Bund). As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for active recruiting, personnel development, and conducting regular feedback sessions to foster a culture of growth. You will continuously optimize technical processes, including development, release, quality, and security workflows, while supporting product teams in advancing online services for private customers. The position requires a strategic mindset to manage external service providers and oversee budget planning. You will act as a key collaborator within the management team, promoting knowledge exchange across IT departments and driving the 'end-to-end' digitalization of public administration processes. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or University Diploma in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in an IT environment

- Proven experience with common fullstack development technologies and infrastructure components
- Experience in optimizing technical release, quality, and security processes
- Experience in managing external service providers and budget control
