Job Summary

As an Electrical Commissioning Engineer in Offenburg, you will be responsible for the end-to-end electrical setup and functional testing of industrial machinery. Your daily activities include performing and monitoring electrical wiring, coordinating assembly processes, and executing program modifications in machine control systems to ensure operational readiness. A significant part of the role involves systematic troubleshooting, performing safety measurements (VDE and DGUV), and documenting results through detailed checklists and protocols. You will act as a technical representative during customer handovers, providing on-site commissioning and training for end-users. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronic Technician for Energy Systems, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the assembly and commissioning of industrial machinery
  • Proven experience in control and drive technology, specifically with Siemens systems
  • Experience in performing safety measurements and creating technical test protocols
  • Experience in customer service and providing technical training to end-users
