Job Summary

This role is situated within a world-leading pharmaceutical corporation, focusing on laboratory-adjacent technical functions and production support. As a Chemical Technical Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating and monitoring production equipment, preparing raw materials, and filling pearlescent pigments into small containers for direct customer delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment and troubleshooting malfunctions while strictly adhering to quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a vocational qualification in chemistry and possesses a strong understanding of safety and quality guidelines. This position is particularly attractive due to its competitive compensation under the Chemical Industry Tariff (IGBCE), offering up to €4,116 gross per month, a €500 signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits including 30 days of vacation and high chances of permanent takeover by the client company.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training or further education as a Chemical Technician (Chemikant), Chemical Worker (Chemiefacharbeiter), or a comparable chemical qualification.

Experience

Professional experience as a Chemical Technician, Chemical Worker, or in a related chemical-technical field
Experience in operating and maintaining industrial production plants
Practical experience working within regulated environments (GMP/ISO) is preferred
Experience in handling and filling chemical substances or pigments

Languages

German (Fluent)

Willingness to work shifts is required. Candidates must have their primary residence in Germany. The role involves a full-time, permanent contract starting from day one.
