Job Summary
This role involves the independent preparation and execution of construction and maintenance projects for the city of Bad Dürrheim. As a Civil Engineer, you will manage a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects including municipal roads, cycling paths, street lighting, water supply systems, and sewage networks. Your day-to-day responsibilities include drafting task descriptions for engineering tenders, preparing HOAI contracts, and supervising all planning phases. You will act as the client representative, overseeing construction progress and final accounting. Required Skills
Education

- Proven track record in managing planning services across all HOAI phases
- Experience in applying public law norms and technical regulations relevant to construction
