Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the electrical integrity and operational readiness of a manufacturing plant specializing in concrete sleepers and rail systems. As the Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK), you will lead the maintenance and repair of electrical machinery, production systems, and building installations across the entire site. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting PLC-controlled production lines, ensuring compliance with DGUV V3 safety regulations, and managing personnel through planning and training. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrical Technician, or a Master's certificate (Meister) in Electrical Engineering (Industrial or Craft). Ideally qualified as a Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK).

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Master Electrician or Electrical Technician in an industrial or craft setting
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of electrical machines and production plants
  • Leadership experience in personnel management and planning
  • Experience in conducting safety briefings and creating risk assessments
  • Practical experience with PLC-controlled systems and building installations
