Job Summary
As an IT Site Support Specialist at CEVA Logistics' new European Distribution Center in Meppen, you will play a critical role in maintaining the site's technological infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include providing first and second-level support for local IT components, managing Windows systems, and overseeing peripheral devices. A significant portion of the role involves the configuration and operational support of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), alongside conducting system tests and process optimizations. You will act as a vital link between operations, central IT, and external service providers while documenting processes and training staff. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a related technical field
- Experience with Windows operating systems and back-office applications
- Experience in network administration is preferred
- Experience in process analysis and system testing
- Experience in training employees and creating technical documentation
