Job Summary
As an Electrical Professional specializing in Grounding Technology at Bayernwerk Netz GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and reliability of the regional energy grid. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve serving as a central technical expert for grounding issues, developing innovative technical concepts for grounding improvements, and conducting critical measurements at 110kV towers and substations. You will also be responsible for optimizing internal guidelines and sharing your expertise by training other technical staff. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering or qualification as a State-Certified Electrical Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering and grounding technology
- Experience in conducting technical measurements at high-voltage installations (substations and power masts)
- Experience in developing technical concepts and implementation strategies
- Experience in optimizing technical processes and internal guidelines
- Experience in providing technical training or knowledge transfer
