Job Summary

As a Sub-Project Manager for Site Clearance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that construction sites for major power grid infrastructure are ready for development. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating with key stakeholders, landowners, and local municipalities to secure access rights and legal clearances before, during, and after construction. You will act as a vital bridge between the permitting department and the construction teams, conducting on-site negotiations and reporting progress directly to the project leadership. Required Skills

Education

University degree (University/FH) in Civil Engineering (specializing in Civil/Underground Engineering), Environmental Sciences, or a comparable qualification in Forestry or Environmental Management.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the management or supervision of large-scale construction sites
  • Experience in leading project teams is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in infrastructure or linear construction projects is an advantage
  • Experience in negotiating with landowners and public authorities regarding land use and legal access

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license and a high willingness to travel for on-site negotiations and site visits are required.
