Job Summary

This role involves supporting the 'Finance, Controlling, and General Administration' department at the State Office for Road Construction and Transport Schleswig-Holstein (LBV.SH) in Itzehoe. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will manage incoming and outgoing mail (both physical and electronic), handle registry tasks for paper and digital files (e-Akte), and perform general administrative duties. Responsibilities also include maintaining library and periodical directories, performing courier duties, and coordinating vehicle maintenance appointments. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), completion of Administrative Course I, a three-year commercial vocational qualification (IHK), or training as a Legal/Notary Assistant.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration is required for candidates with commercial or legal backgrounds
  • Experience in a registry or mailroom within a public administration setting is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in handling electronic filing systems (VIS-Kompakt) is preferred
  • Practical experience in office organization and team-based communication
