Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist focused on System Integration in Düsseldorf, joining the AlphaConsult Premium KG team. The position involves the crucial tasks of analyzing and resolving IT system malfunctions, installing and configuring hardware and software, and performing system updates. You will be a primary point of contact for users, providing support for technical queries and issues. Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating and updating system documentation and assisting with IT project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a completed education in IT system integration, strong knowledge of network technology, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and server administration, along with experience in virtualization technologies.
