Job Summary
As a Software Support Specialist at nCara GmbH, you will serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, providing first-class technical assistance via phone and written communication. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, documenting customer requests to expand the internal knowledge base, and collaborating closely with development, product management, and sales teams to improve service quality. You will proactively identify customer needs and suggest process improvements within the support department. Experience
