As a Technical Shift Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of a production facility specializing in medical and pharmaceutical packaging. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and building services, utilizing measurement and testing tools for error analysis. You will be responsible for optimizing production machinery to increase efficiency and ensuring overall process reliability. A key technical component of the role includes programming PLC systems and managing spare parts inventory. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, preferably as a Mechatronics Technician specializing in Industrial Engineering or as an Industrial Electrician.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering or industrial maintenance
- Proven experience in PLC (SPS) control systems and programming
- Professional experience in maintenance and repair of production machinery
- Previous leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working within a shift-based system

- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (5 days per week) is required. Must be able to work independently and flexibly.
