Required Skills
Education
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Sciences, or state-certified Technician specializing in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering, specifically in planning and site coordination
- Experience in creating and reviewing performance specifications and technical solution research
- Proven track record in handling construction norms and regulatory frameworks (VOB, ZTV)
- Experience in target/actual comparisons and construction scheduling
