Job Summary
As a Project Manager for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, you will take full technical and organizational responsibility for supply engineering projects across all performance phases. Your daily routine involves coordinating internal project teams, external planners, and subcontractors while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and architects. You will oversee construction sites for commercial clients, ensuring that installations for air conditioning, heat pumps, and water networks meet strict deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys a mix of office-based planning and on-site project supervision. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister) or Degree in Supply Engineering (e.g., Sanitary, Heating, Air Conditioning, Plant or Building Technology, Facility Management). A completed vocational training as a Plant Mechanic for HVAC is highly desired.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the planning and project management of MEP projects
- Professional experience in project and construction execution
- Leadership experience with responsibility for teams and projects
- Practical experience in handling relevant industry standards and planning software
