Job Summary
This role serves as the critical operational leader for the OSG Eye Center in Erkelenz, acting as the primary link between medical staff and commercial management. On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee the coordination of personnel deployment, vacation planning, and office organization, including time tracking and surgical statistics. You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of approximately 120 employees across multiple locations, ensuring a smooth workflow within the practice while maintaining high standards of patient care. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in healthcare with additional qualification as a Practice Manager, or a degree in Healthcare Management.
Experience
- Professional experience in the healthcare sector is required
- Professional experience in ophthalmology is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in practice management or a comparable leadership role is preferred
- Experience in personnel management and staff motivation
- Experience in operational business management and office organization
