Job Summary
As a Technical Customer Success Manager at CleverPush, you will serve as a vital link between the technical product and the client base for a leading SaaS provider specializing in push notification solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing technical support to existing clients, assisting new customers with the technical setup and integration of software solutions, and collaborating closely with the development, product management, and sales teams to resolve complex technical issues. You will also be responsible for creating technical documentation and estimating the effort required for various support tickets. Experience

- Experience working with ticket systems such as Jira
