As the Master Technician for Process Heat Supply, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing process heat technology across two locations, Hinrichssegen and Weyarn. Your daily responsibilities include leading the heating equipment repair team and performing hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for a variety of industrial equipment, including heating units, cooling systems, refrigeration plants, and vacuum pumps. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership to ensure operational efficiency. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Master (Meister) or Technician in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Heating Construction, Service Technology, Industrial Mechanics, Agricultural Machinery Technology, or a comparable technical trade.
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in industrial maintenance or heating technology
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing industrial-grade heating and cooling equipment
- Leadership experience in a technical or craft-based environment
- Proven track record of independent and precise working methods
