Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position involves the comprehensive execution of electrical, mechanical, and optical testing procedures in accordance with technical specifications and construction regulations. As a Quality Testing Technician, you will be responsible for the meticulous documentation of test results, ensuring compliance with both standard product instructions and specific customer requirements. Beyond hands-on testing, the role includes a leadership component where you will guide and monitor production staff during basic testing routines. You will collaborate closely with the production management, technical, and toolmaking departments to commission or repair testing fixtures and gauges. Daily and weekly maintenance of specialized equipment, such as high-voltage measuring devices and Power Choke Testers, is a critical part of the routine. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a blend of technical execution, documentation, and cross-departmental coordination within a manufacturing environment.
