As a Process Engineer at Innolume GmbH, you will join a leading provider of optoelectronic devices specializing in Quantum-Well and Quantum-Dot technologies. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing new manufacturing processes and optimizing existing ones to support the production of fiber-coupled laser diode modules. You will utilize Design of Experiments (DoE) to manage development projects, perform statistical process control (SPC), and provide technical consultancy for assigned processes. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Physics, Material Sciences, Nanotechnology, Microsystems, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
Experience
- Several years of sound professional experience as a Process Engineer
- In-depth knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as photolithography, plasma processes, or RIE dry etching
- Experience in planning and executing process development projects using Design of Experiments
- Professional experience in optoelectronic assembly and device testing
