As an IT Data Engineer, you will be a central figure in the digitalization efforts of the KVV Group, developing diverse applications and solutions across sectors like energy, public transport, and power plants. Your day-to-day involves working on a robust digitalization platform utilizing tools such as inubit, Simplifier, and UIPath for Robotic Process Automation. You will take ownership of multi-project management, translating business requirements into technical automation workflows. A significant portion of the role focuses on the data lifecycle—covering ingestion, transformation, storage, and presentation—while expanding the group's Data Warehouse solution. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Mathematics with an IT focus, or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in data engineering or related IT fields
- Proven experience in project management and multi-project coordination
- Solid programming experience in languages such as Python, Java, or PL/SQL
- Experience in designing data structures and architectures
- Experience with automation, RPA, or Low-Code platforms is preferred
