Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the high-precision assembly of electronic and mechanical components, working within a modern, ESD-protected environment. Your daily tasks involve assembling modules based on technical drawings and parts lists, performing manual THT and SMD soldering, and conducting fine assembly work—including adjustment and bonding—under a microscope. You will also be tasked with quality assurance, including visual inspections and functional testing, while documenting results according to industry standards. This position is particularly attractive due to its climate-controlled, ergonomic workspace and regulated Monday-to-Friday working hours. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Precision Mechanic, Watchmaker, Avionics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in precision assembly, manual soldering, or microtechnology is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with technical drawings and bills of materials
- Experience working in ESD-protected areas or specialized manufacturing environments
- Proven track record of high-concentration work and quality assurance in a production setting
