As an Expert in Reporting and Analytics at TKMS, you will be responsible for the collection, preparation, and evaluation of human resources statistics and key performance indicators. Your day-to-day involves managing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including the coordination of group-wide reporting standards and the critical CSRD reporting process. You will act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable management presentations and decision templates. A key part of the role includes the continuous improvement of the IT reporting landscape and the development of future People Analytics solutions.
