Job Summary
As the Electrical Service Manager in Frankfurt am Main, you will take full technical and operational responsibility for the electrical team, ensuring the smooth operation of commercial properties. Your day-to-day activities will involve leading technical staff, developing innovative technical solutions, creating quotes, and overseeing quality control for all electrical work. You will serve as the official concession holder registered with the Chamber of Crafts, acting as the primary point of contact for all electrotechnical inquiries. This role is highly varied, ranging from site inspections and implementing new standards to managing special projects such as maintenance, emergency services, and the introduction of self-performance quotas. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical trade with further qualification as a Master Electrician (Elektro-Meister). Must be eligible for entry into the Chamber of Crafts (Handwerkskammer) as a concession holder.
