This role involves supporting the Regional Development Ortenau e.V. in managing LEADER and regional budget projects across 17 municipalities in the Ortenau district. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will handle office administration, public relations, and social media management, while also providing project consulting and monitoring services. Key responsibilities include organizing meetings, drafting minutes, and assisting in the implementation of the local development strategy. The ideal candidate has a background relevant to regional development, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This position is particularly attractive for those seeking a part-time role (up to 75%) within a public service-oriented environment, offering flexible working hours and the chance to directly impact rural development. Experience
- Professional experience in a field related to regional development or project management
- Practical experience with the LEADER funding program is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in public relations and administrative management
- Experience in organizing meetings and recording official minutes
- Experience working within public service or association structures is preferred
