This role involves the planning, tendering, and local site management of municipal maintenance projects for the city of Crailsheim, with a primary focus on road construction. As a Civil Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of public roads, paths, squares, and agricultural tracks, including their drainage systems. Experience

  • Experience in planning and tendering municipal maintenance works
  • Practical experience in local site management and construction supervision
  • Experience with VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) is preferred
  • Experience using AVA programs for project management
