This role involves supporting a large-scale Workplace Health Management (WHM) project for a prominent client at Aktivital's Hamburg location. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage organizational and administrative workflows, ensuring that all project processes run reliably in the background. Your responsibilities include coordinating schedules for freelance experts and clients, maintaining project documentation, and assisting in the evaluation of health measures. You will act as a central communication interface, handling both written and telephone correspondence.
