Job Summary
This role involves joining the Office for Construction and Real Estate in Frankfurt to lead the energy transition through the planning and management of photovoltaic (PV) systems. As a Specialist Planner, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of energy renovation projects, focusing specifically on roof renovations that integrate PV systems and green roofing. Your daily tasks include construction supervision, quality assurance, and the operational management of self-financed PV systems. Beyond technical execution, you will provide expert advice and training to colleagues, perform economic efficiency calculations, and participate in the official tendering and awarding process. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree (or equivalent scientific university degree) in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field of study; VdS expert certification is preferred.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in the planning, construction, and operation of photovoltaic systems
- Extensive experience in energy renovation measures, particularly roof renovations
- Professional experience in cross-trade coordination and fire protection
- Experience in creating economic feasibility studies and managing technical documentation
