Job Summary

As an IT Systems & Business Applications Specialist within the Global Technical Service department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting digital products for dialysis and infusion therapy, such as the Renal Care Suite and Online Suite Plus. Your daily responsibilities involve acting as a global interface between internal and external IT consultants, local sales organizations, and development departments. You will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of software applications in clinical environments, providing remote support via ticketing systems and email, and occasionally traveling (up to 10%) to assist local organizations. Furthermore, you will conduct training sessions for local application consultants and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including installation guides and FAQs.
