Job Summary
As a Data Scientist/Analyst at Weleda, the world's leading manufacturer of certified natural cosmetics, you will join the Group Data & AI department to drive data-driven decision-making. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve designing and developing sophisticated data solutions using the Power BI platform, creating visually compelling dashboards, and maintaining robust data models to ensure integrity and accuracy. You will act as a vital bridge between business departments and IT, collaborating with global stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical applications. Beyond development, you will support the implementation of Power Apps, provide technical training to users, and manage the global data community. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience

- Demonstrated experience in developing data solutions using the Power BI platform
- Experience in creating visual reports and managing data models
- Experience working as an interface between business units and IT departments
- Experience in supporting and training software users
