This role within the Office for Children and Education in Saarbrücken involves managing personnel cost reimbursements and subsidies for city-run educational and childcare facilities. You will be responsible for the administrative handling of funding programs, including the 'Startchancen' program for schools, and conducting audits of expenditure proofs. Additionally, the position requires coordinating procurement procedures, drafting service descriptions, and evaluating bids. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed second administrative examination (Verwaltungslehrgang II), or a Bachelor's degree in Public Management, Administrative Management, Public Law, or Public Administration.

Experience

  • Professional experience in personnel cost reimbursement and subsidy management is preferred
  • Professional experience in human resources, including organization and time tracking, is an advantage
  • Demonstrated familiarity with public administration structures and procedures
  • Experience in coordinating procurement processes and evaluating commercial bids
