You will be responsible for expanding process structures, supporting various departments in creating process overviews, and identifying optimization potential through target-performance comparisons. A key focus is supporting the introduction of new working methods, particularly within the context of digitalization projects. You will also prepare evaluations and reports for the authority's management. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent; OR qualification for the 3rd entry level of the Administration and Finance career path; OR Second Administrative Examination (Verwaltungsfachwirt).
Experience
- Professional experience in process and project management, preferably within the public sector
- Practical experience with BPMN 2.0 modeling
- Experience in analytical and structured problem-solving
- Experience in supporting digitalization projects and implementing new working methods
