Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and refining testing and initialization equipment for hardware components within Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). You will play a vital role in supporting the high-volume production of DSRC Onboard Units and Roadside Transceivers by creating, maintaining, and optimizing test systems and measurement software. Your daily tasks will include conducting hardware, functional, and integration tests, as well as documenting results to ensure high quality and traceability. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education (Technical School, Higher Technical Institute/HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in production testing of hardware components
- Experience in controlling and interfacing with measurement devices
- Practical experience in creating and optimizing test systems and measurement software
- Experience in hardware, functional, and integration testing
- Proven experience working with LabVIEW and C# in a technical environment
