This role involves the design and development of complex electrical systems, assemblies, and cabling concepts for a global leader in defense and security sensor solutions. Working at a central innovation hub in Ulm, you will be responsible for creating circuit diagrams and technical documentation while selecting specific components and manufacturing processes. A key part of your daily activity includes collaborating on the integration of test systems and test benches, supporting prototype development, and ensuring seamless transitions into production. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification such as a state-certified Technician (Techniker).
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical construction or the development of electrotechnical systems
- Practical experience using E-CAD tools such as EPLAN, Zuken, or Mentor
- Experience with technical standards and norms such as VDE or MIL is advantageous
- Experience in prototype support and manufacturing integration
- Proven ability to work in interdisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle
