In this pivotal role at Siemens Mobility, you will manage the 'Entity in Charge of Maintenance' (ECM I) for rolling stock in accordance with EU Directive 2016/798 and Regulation 2019/779. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring the safety, compliance, and economic efficiency of rail vehicle maintenance. You will represent Siemens in international specialist committees, steer the global ECM community, and provide strategic recommendations to the global leadership of Rolling Stock Service. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; alternatively, a technical qualification with further training as a Technician combined with extensive relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in the commissioning or maintenance of rail vehicles
  • Proven expertise in standardizing maintenance processes and cost structures
  • Experience in the legally compliant design of management systems
  • Demonstrated experience working with rail operators and railway undertakings
  • Significant experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including workshops and auditors
  • Experience in international project environments and steering cross-border communities
