This role involves the independent management and further development of IT service management processes within the Collaboration Shared Service Delivery department, specifically focusing on email frontend and mobile device access. On a day-to-day basis, you will steer interdisciplinary service teams, manage service lifecycles, and optimize process documentation. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparent problem resolution and managing escalations. The position is unique for its 80% remote flexibility (requiring 1-2 days on-site in Munich) and its focus on cutting-edge cloud-based groupware and conferencing services.
