Job Summary

As a Lead Electrical Technician in Trostberg, you will take charge of industrial projects within the Bavarian chemical triangle. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing the commissioning of telephone, fire alarm, and intercom systems, as well as managing data and office networks. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating both internal and external personnel, managing material logistics, and ensuring strict adherence to quality, deadlines, and safety standards. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician looking to step into a leadership role, where you will also mentor apprentices and handle technical documentation and billing preparations. Required Skills

Education

Completed and recognized vocational training in Germany in the field of electrical engineering (e.g., Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Automation Technology, or Industrial Electronics). A Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician certificate is considered an advantage.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a qualified Electrician or Lead Technician
  • Initial experience in construction site coordination and leadership is preferred
  • Experience with fire alarm systems (BMA), video, and data technology is desirable
  • Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of security systems
