Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer for the State Building and Property Administration in Rostock, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's public infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the planning, coordination, and supervision of complex electrical systems across various federal construction projects, ranging from historic castles to modern research facilities. You will manage the entire project lifecycle—from initial design and coordinating external consultants to on-site construction supervision and final documentation. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in Electrical Engineering or a comparable relevant field.

Experience

  • Experience in coordinating external engineering consultants and leading project teams.
  • Practical experience in construction supervision and project controlling.
  • Familiarity with public procurement and administrative regulations (LHO M-V, RLBau, RBBau) is desirable.
  • Proven track record in managing complex technical infrastructure projects.
