As a Digitalization Coordinator, you will manage the administration of specialized software systems such as OK.VISA, EinsA, and AZR, while overseeing document management systems and hardware like scanners and signature pads. Your daily responsibilities involve optimizing administrative processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), managing online application routes, and collaborating with external authorities to modernize public services. Required Skills
Education
Completed Advanced Administrative Training (BL II), degree in Administrative Informatics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable university degree.
Experience

- Experience in process optimization and digital workflow management.
- Proven competence in process control and administrative modernization.
- Experience working within or collaborating with public administration authorities is desirable.
