As a Customer Service Specialist at Sterilog GmbH (part of the B. Braun Group), you will play a pivotal role in the rapidly growing Management Services division, focusing on surgical and sterile processing supply chains. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing comprehensive quotation and order processes for large-scale clinical procurement projects. You will take ownership of clinical service tenders, from initial data analysis to timely implementation, while supporting strategic supplier management through business reviews and performance KPI analysis.
